- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is customized to your needs. I can include things like caulking, painting, stain and lacquer, and drywall repair if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your house to meet with you and discuss your space and your ideas. Then I can make a 3D rendering of your ideas. We can then make any adjustments to ensure you get exactly what you want. I build everything at my shop so that installation time in your home is minimized (typically only a day or two). Whether you have an idea in mind or you want design consultation, I'm confident you'll love the finished product.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers looking to hire someone to look at reviews and photos of past projects. It would not be wrong to expect drawings or a rendering of some sort before starting a build. A carpenter who has been doing this for a long time will draw everything out before starting anything.
