- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a complicated pricing system. We put together an all inclusive price after several consultations with the client to ensure all the services and menu details are included in the final contract.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to cook and to cook for others. I started 30 years ago at the age of 15 as a pantry cook. I worked my way to Chef by the age 25. This is my passion.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask alot of questions and make sure you trust them. If you do not trust your caterer, baker, florist, or wedding planner then you will spend the day worrying that everything will be taken care of just as you instructed. Trust is a large part of making your event enjoyable for you.
