Chef Dee was overall amazing!!! I hired her for a private friday brunch of 4 people. Everyone was so impressed, we hired her that same weekend to do our Sunday dinner. (Luckily she was available). Friday Brunch menu was: Chicken and Waffles, potatoes, bacon, eggs, rum punch, and fruit. Sunday dinner menu: Oxtails, Curry chicken, rice and beans, coconut rice, cabbage, fried plantain and red velvet cake with ice cream. Everything was delectable. She even drove two hours to get to us ( we were staying in Breckenridge). If you ever need a chef for any type of event, I would recommend you choose Ethnic Fusion.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! From the minute the food arrived and set up to the very first and last bite, every thing was so perfect. I hired this chef for my husbands birthday dinner and wow was it the best decision I ever made. She was so amazing to work with and she really listened to what I was looking for and she Absolutely nailed everything I asked for and then some. The food was some of the best bbq I ever had. ( the Mac and cheese was to die for) if you are looking for an amazing chef who cooks with 100%love and care for a great value, look no further this is it!!! You won’t regret it. She is amazing and I can’t say it enough.

Where do I start? Everything tasted amazing and looked like it belonged in a magazine! We hired Chef to come in and cook breakfast for our family of 5 at Brekenridge! We are still talking about the Chicken and Waffles, French Toast Bacon, Eggs and the fruit too! Perfect way to start our day.

We scheduled Davidetta to come cook at hour house for an anniversary dinner and it was amazing. She did all the prep work, cooking and cleaning while we got to sit back, relax and enjoy our wine! The food was delicious and would highly recommend!
