- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our quotes are custom made. Rather than offer package pricing, we are able to design an event with your needs in mind. With this method, you can be sure that you are paying for exactly what you need. Our quotes show the specific cost of each type of meat and side dish that you choose on your menu. We typically do not offer discounts because our food is priced exactly how it should be, friendly to your budget. We are proud to offer our military (both active and retired) a discount in thanks for their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with them over the phone to understand exactly what they need to make their event a raving success. From that conversation we will answer questions and glean information about the following: timeline, event menu, beverage needs, staffing needs, event setup and tear down. Once we review this information a quote will be prepared and sent over email within 24-48 hours (additional time based on the difficulty). At this time, you will have the opportunity to decide if the quote represents your event needs and works within your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has a 34-year history of creating scratch made and delicious food. We are very proud to serve the Metro Denver area and beyond as both a restaurant and full service catering company for over 13 years now. Our chefs are rigorously trained to be Bar-B-Q experts and oversee a talented staff of cooks who prepare our fresh food daily.
