- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$$ MONTH OF JANUARY 2019$$ $300.00 off 80% furnace install!! $500.00 off 92% furnace install!! Call to schedule an appointment!! FREE ESTIMATES!! I also charge $65 which includes trip charge, visual inspection, and service and diagnostics to figure out the issue. The $65 will then go towards the repair, replacement, or install making the service call free with repair or replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to have a conversation over the phone or in person if possible just to try and get to know what their needs are, then I will come up with 2-3 options for repair or replacement, schedule a time to perform the work, lastly follow up with customer about 30 days after work was done to make sure there were no problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Service training with Johnstone supply, Carrier, and Geary Pacific. I have been in the Hvac field for over 10 years which also includes new construction a minor commercial, so I am very familiar with recent Mechanical Code.
