Out of all of the vendors that had responded to my project I chose Russell HVAC and I am happy I did. They were prompt with their responses. They have a good system for communication, planning, quotes, invoicing, and payment. Their explanation on what needed to be fixed and how they were going to do it and what things to look out for in the future was fantastic. I highly recommend hiring Russell for your HVAC project.

I found the best company that I’ll be using for the rest of my life! They are absolutely amazing — you’d think I’m just a friend giving them a good review, but I’m not (though I’d love to be their friend after this experience!). It’s rare to find a company that treats you like more than just a customer, but that’s exactly what they do. I can’t recommend them highly enough — if you’re considering working with them, do it. You’ll be just as impressed as I was!
I originally hired someone else to figure out why my furnace wasn’t staying on. The first guy opened the panel, didn’t touch anything, and immediately told me I needed a new electric board for $1,200 — and if that didn’t fix it, I’d need a whole new furnace for $10,000! I had zero trust in that, so I told him I’d think about it.
Then I called Russel Comfort Solutions, and from the very first call, I could tell this company was different. The person who answered the phone already had ideas about what the issue could be — which really impressed me, since most people who answer phones at HVAC companies don’t usually have hands-on knowledge. I later found out the company is owned by two brothers. One of the brothers came to my house, did a full diagnosis, and took the time to explain everything he was checking. In the end, all I needed was a new flame sensor — nothing more. I was only charged the service fee, and my furnace is now working perfectly.
It’s rare to find a company this honest, knowledgeable, and genuine. They truly earned my trust!

Cade was a professional!! Very respectful and courteous. He explained what he was doing and didn't mind my numerous questions. He was here to inspect and clean the furnace and A/C in a condo I purchased.. He discovered a leak in the a/c and came back in a day and repaired the problem. So glad he found it now rather than next summer when it probably would have been empty of Freon and I needed the a/c.He had a trainee with him who was also a very courteous, respectful and a good hard worker.Totally recommend!! I'll/ use Cade every year to inspect my furnace and a/c.
