- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We guarantee pricing will not go up once scope is solidified and price is presented by our sales team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome phone calls and text messages to identify your needs. Our sales staff is happy to provide bids over the phone for some services. If the scope needs to be customized and is large, we can conduct an on-site estimate before providing firm pricing for products and services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians have OSHA-10 training for safety, technical product installation and repair training for our core products, and trade school and continuing education requirements for their respective licenses.
