- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge by the square foot as every space requires a different level of attention. We want to fully understand what you need in order to provide the best level of service. We will conduct a free walkthrough and tailer a customized service plan for you where we will go over every detail so you understand exactly what you're paying for. Every new client receives 50% of the first month cleaning. Also, any referred new client receives the same discount, and the client who referred them receives 20% off their next months bill. We also tip our team extra for every positive review we get!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client we take on receives extra care with a free deep clean and maybe even some coffee and gift cards as a thank you! Easy as 1-2-3: 1. Have an initial conversation (You can also go to our website to fill out a free quote). 2. Schedule a free walkthrough to assess the cleaning needs for your space 3. Provide you a free customized quote with discount included. We can start work within 1 day of accepting the job

We take the health and safety of your team seriously, adhering to guidelines from organizations like CDC, EPA, WHO, and OSHA. We use the recommended cleaning protocols, safety measures, and pathogen control techniques to ensure your facility is cleaned to the highest standards, minimizing health risks.
