What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After submitting a request for a cleaning quote, we will promptly give a detailed scope of work, in addition to competitive prices. The initial quote and bid process is completely free for prospective customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the facility to take notes, and deeply understand what the customer is looking for from their commercial cleaning company. We layout our methods on how to handle each facility, as well as bring the cleaner(s) that would be servicing their facility so the customer can have a face to who is performing the cleaning, in addition to getting acquainted so that we may build a strong relationship and culture.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service and have been servicing businesses in the Denver Metro Area for 39 years and counting. Our customers include: Avis/ Budget, OrangeTheory Fitness, Shames/ Makovsky, Wells Fargo, Coors, and the list goes on from nationwide companies to smaller, local businesses as well.
