FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include EVERYTHING so you never have to worry about extra costs. The final product is always fully-edited and ready to be used. Our videography services include post-production edits and video production. We never withhold material, so you'll receive all quality photos and videos. On larger projects we throw in extras, such as short highlight videos perfect for posting online and photograph prints. Please note that prices may vary once we gather more details of the job than what is posted on the job listing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We almost always meet with our customers over coffee to introduce ourselves and get a clear understanding of their goals and wishes for the project. No matter what the project is, we feel this is important because it allows us to prepare for each job and formulate a plan. Customers who have a clear vision of their own need to share that with us so we can make it come true. Most of our customers have a general idea of what they are looking for, but need a lot of guidance. This is a win-win situation for everyone because Kirk and I are very creative and good at coming up with new ideas. Discussing the project beforehand ensures that our video production or photography shoot meets (if not exceeds) your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the FAA as a remote pilot to fly drones for commercial purposes. This requires ongoing extensive education on airspace traffic controls and safety, as well as drone rules and regulations that are enforceable by law. These new laws are ever-changing and the penalties for non-compliant behavior could exceed $30,000 and 1 year of jail time. That is why it is crucial to hire a licensed and insured pro (that's us)! We put our drone expertise to good use! Every local drone purchase on our website includes complementary basic flight training for new pilots. This service is very popular because learning how to use your new drone can be a daunting task!
