I highly recommend Fixalize IT for all your computer repair needs. I went in with what I thought was a catastrophic problem. Q spent the time and effort to explain how he would go about diagnosing the problem, in simple terms. When he was done, he saved all my data including precious pictures, upgraded the hard drive and downloaded all the applicable system updates, all at an incredibly reasonable price. I give him a 10 out of 10 in Customer Service and Value for my money.

I was scammed by another company & I luckily I found Fixalize IT on the Internet & everything from that point forward was very calming to me. They fixed my computer starting from scratch with a new hard drive & although they got my computer running they went over & beyond by working late hours in bringing back as many programs as they could possibly get. I am 100% satisfied with the great repair person that came to my place. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite & honest. Great Company & people working there...give them a call & they will help you. PS: they are very reasonable in their pricing!

My computer was blue screened and they got it up and running again within a few hours of me calling. Can’t speak enough about how fast and effective they were. In summary they responded fast, worked fast, and were pretty cheap.

Worked with Drew @ Fixalize after my own unsatisfactory attempts to fix print problem via numerous YTube videos. Re: blue color of 3-color print head on HP 6000 smart tank that was evidently clogged, most likely from infrequent printer use. Common problem with ink jets! Drew had seen this situation before and gave me several tips in conscientious effort to save me a chargeable house call if possible. This is, in my view, putting the customer--not the dollar--first. He answered all my calls and kept commitments punctually. We both believed the problem with the faulty printhead could be fixed but YT provided only a-one-size-fits-all answer. I could not find any HP repair facilities in my area, for shame! Working together, Drew and I discovered a fix that does not appear in any YT videos. My printer with original (clogged blue) is now happily back on line. I bought a replacement printhead last week just in case, but did not have to use it!
