- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates of Applied Science in Computer Science & Network Administration, 10/05/1998 to 08/30/2000 Everest College (Formerly Parks), Thornton, Colorado An Information Technology degree, focusing on both knowledge of computers, servers, and networking infrastructure. A+ Computer Technician, 02/24/2001 CompTIA National Certification in maintenance of PCs, laptops, servers, operating systems, and printers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I discovered that I had a natural aptitude for the Computer Sciences. I was self taught on the PC, and later attained a formal education to bolster my skill set.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In the past and present I have worked in the corporate environment in the areas of desktop support, enterprise/domain level support, and the support of executive level staff.
