- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive pricing and are offering a free stainless kitchen sink with a kitchen countertop
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free estimate. Once the customer is ready, we template and collect a deposit for the slabs. We install 5-10 days out depending on the customers schedule. Once everything is complete we collect final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Large granite and quartz suppliers have training on how to fabricate and install their material and we have completed that training.
