- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are done by hourly wages. Bigger jobs are done by estimates. Handyman services are $40/hour plus $15/hour for helpers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I would ask them to pay a portion of the estimated price for the job before I start, depending on the size of the job. Depending on the job, I would give a First Time Customer discount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years experience in the construction field. 15 years in the home improvement and maintenance field.
