I didn't actually end up using Brian for a project because I needed concrete work and he doesn't do that. But he responded right away to my inquiry, then he quickly came out to discuss the project. When he determined that he couldn't help us, he went out of his way to help us find a concrete contractor (which wasn't easy!). I really appreciate his responsiveness and kindness.

I wish I could give Brian and Peak Side more than 5 stars. I can't believe our good luck in finding them and getting our deck built on such a quick turnaround. We had an old embarrassing cement patio that had heaved and cracked. Peak Side took the worst part of my house and turned it into our favorite place. I was most impressed by Brian's creative problem solving around our previous outdoor space. Everything went off without a problem. They handled it all from permitting to building our deck in a timely and professional manner. They showed up every day on time- even in that crazy heat we had last summer. Their prices were unbeatable. We were so impressed by their work and the finished product, we plan to add on another part (second story) soon. I would encourage anyone even considering a deck or outdoor work to give Peak Side and Brian a call.

Peak Side exteriors was contracted to build a exterior bunk house to our cabin. They did an excellent job matching the character of our existing cabin. The professionalism and work quality made our project go better than we expected. We are all please with end product and will enjoy for many years to come.

Eric wanted me to perform un-permitted structural work (which is illegal) . My company follows all local building codes and regulations and is not willing to risk licenses to perform un-permitted work.
