- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to hit the budget of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a discovery phone call followed up by an in person meeting. This will enable us to get aligned on the vision of the event from start to finish. We discuss sound needs, desired songs and overall vibe, timeframe, venue and any other pertinent information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of combined experience in Performing, DJing, live sound engineering, and recording. Bachelors degree in music industry studies.
