This is the real deal. I'm an honest-to-goodness disc jockey who loves to spin real vinyl records-- wax, platters-- from a music library spanning six decades. I'm happy to spin music from any genre, but I specialize in the classic country and honky tonk sounds, as well as rockabilly, vintage r&b, sixties soul, plus the great rock 'n' roll classics. With over 12 years of on-air experience as a radio personality, including Top 40, album rock, and country formats, I've got a broad knowledge of 20th-century music. I take particular pride in crafting well-curated sets, drawing from various elements and eras, mixing the old with the new, in order to entertain and energize multi-generational crowds. Spinning the vinyl records adds to the authenticity of my work as a professional DJ, and whether its 80s hits, 50s and 60s R&B, or the rockabilly and honky tonk numbers, I love getting those songs on the turntables, and dancers on their feet!
