- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to have competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. We know with weddings, birthdays and holiday parties things can get expensive. Unlike most companies, we don't charge for add ons like travel, second location or extra time. Everything is included in one flat rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key when working with a new client. We want to know what their goals are to create their perfect event. Once we know what will make the event a success we explain how will we meet those needs and what other amenities we can provide to make everything run smoothly. It's all about getting on the same page so the event goes on without a hitch!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since beginning this journey in 2017 our DJs have collectively performed at over 500 events! From birthday parties, weddings, corporate events and holiday get togethers, we truly have done it all.
