FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial in-person behavior consultations are $150, but follow-ups are only $100 (or $75 for virtual consultations). I do offer discounts on follow-up consults and massages if you book 3 or more at a time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation usually starts with a phone or email interview and some questionnaires. After building a bit of history I'll come meet you and your animal at your home (or a nearby park, if preferred). We'll spend about an hour covering the behavior issues of concern and work together to build a plan that you can follow to start modifying your pet's behavior. After our meeting I will send you a detailed written report and follow up to see how things are progressing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree from CU Boulder in Biology, a Diploma of Animal Behavior Science and Technology from the Companion Animal Sciences Institute, and Therapeutic and Senior Canine Massage Certificates from the Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage.
