- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing is per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the customer contacts us by phone or email. We schedule them to look at the job. Once we've looked at the job we can give any options there might be and price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Plumber in the state of Colorado with 15 years of experience. I've worked in commercial, residential, service/repair and maintenance.
