I offer a free estimate and my competitive bid is based on a reasonable time and materials estimate. I accept cash, money order, or personal check.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is:
1--Review the job with the customer
2--Visit the job site and meet the customer
3--Provide a free competitive bid based on reasonable time and materials estimates
Please note--I'm reluctant to give bids over the phone without seeing the job site first so that I may accurately assess the best way to complete the project at a fair price. Painting isn't included in the bid, but can be priced separately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have demonstrated expertise in residential, commercial and remodeling drywall finishing, focusing on applying and matching every kind of drywall texture and specializing in hock and trowel finishing. Also, I am experienced in plaster work.
