Noble responded immediately by calling me to confirm, and even called me again when he was able to come earlier, as I had preferred.
He and his team arrived on time, and they all put on booties to keep our floors clean. Nobel and his crew were persistent in their efforts to figure out how to get two large couches, that a previous occupant had left, out of our basement.
We knew there would probably be an issue getting them out of our basement because the sellers insisted we be responsible for removing them. Nobel had to take off the basement door, and there was some determined shoving required to get them out.
We did have some scuff marks on the door frame, and Nobel asked if we had touch up paint. We told him not to worry about it as we are planning on painting anyway. In the end, Junk Same Day was responsive, on-time, polite, professional, and got the job done.
If I could provide feedback, it would just be to first ask if we were willing to risk a little paint damage before powering through. But we sincerely appreciated their willingness to find a way, and he did not charge us extra for the additional elbow grease. We needed the couches out of the basement that same day to redo our floors, so we would’ve authorized the extra efforts either way. We will call Nobel again in the future. :)"See more
