- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know electrical pricing involves labor, materials, and overhead, often using Time & Materials (hourly/actual costs) or Flat Rate (fixed price) models. We use computer-generated estimates that are based on current parts pricing and projected labor time. This ensures each customer receives the an honest estimate rooted in fairness and accuracy.
