I found Matt on the NextDoor app. Asked them to give me a bid on adding a couple circuits and a handful of outlets in my unfinished basement and a circuit with some outlets in my garage. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Matt came over to look at the job a couple days later and said he would stand by the original bid and he could do it that day. They started around 10 am and completed the job by 1 pm. I had 2 other companies give me bids. One was over 3x the cost. The other was over 2x the cost. Modelco was very good to work with. Components are top notch for what I needed done. They will be my first call when I get around to actually finishing my basement.

I had John and crew up to put in light fixtures and replace some of my really tall light bulbs. Did a great job. I'm having him come back out in a few weeks to put in a ceiling fan and chandelier.
