Patrick, with Not Ugly Electric, responded to our installation request through Lowe's. We had two separate tickets and he responded quickly to offer his time for both. After confirming our time slots, he communicated with us about an earlier time slot opening. We jumped on the chance. He arrived on time and is friendly, professional, and wonderful with our two large dogs. He answered all of our questions, before and even during installation. He was also very efficient. He let us know that is could take 3 hours to install our 3 ceiling fans. He only took 2. I'll be happy to use him again for other installations!!!
