Patrick, with Not Ugly Electric, responded to our installation request through Lowe's. We had two separate tickets and he responded quickly to offer his time for both. After confirming our time slots, he communicated with us about an earlier time slot opening. We jumped on the chance.

He arrived on time and is friendly, professional, and wonderful with our two large dogs. He answered all of our questions, before and even during installation. He was also very efficient. He let us know that is could take 3 hours to install our 3 ceiling fans. He only took 2.

I'll be happy to use him again for other installations!!!

Patrick was a true professional, and did an excellent job on the install of our outdoor lights. We will definitely have him out again for our other electrical needs!

What a peace of mind to have a trained and seasoned electrician who absolutely helped repair some wrongs while doing an efficient and professional replacement of a ceiling fan light. Will use again!

Great experience with the fan/lighting installation on my vaulted ceiling. Was punctual and responsive, and able to schedule the job very quickly. Thanks again!
