- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can fluctuate based on the type of job needed. I also add they standard Denver sales tax on every job under $1,200. Anything over that price I include the tax in the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love communication. As soon as I start the communication process with all of my clients I make sure to go over every detail the client needs for their project. Once all the details are set an invoice and contract will be sent and once that is taken care of, I send out a calander and we get to creating. Throughout the process I make sure the communication line is open, responding to all emails, texts, and phone calls within 4 hours.
