Our experience with Have and To Hold exceeded every expectation and more! They did both photography and videography for our wedding on 7/11 and offered flexible packages and prices depending on our needs. The whole experience was so well catered to us. They truly made us feel like we were their #1 priority and communicated very well in the months leeding up the wedding and after. The quality of our photos and videos were phenominal and were delivered in a very timely manner. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work within individual clients' budgets and also offer monthly discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to chat about what coverage is important to our individual client. We share Pinterest boards of combined ideas as well as our own samples to figure out exact aesthetic desires. We enjoy having complimentary phone or Skype consultations to get to know our clients better. We also send out contracts for them to e-sign as well as a deposit invoice in order to be fully booked. Clients pay the rest of the deposit after all photos are edited and ready to be received.
