- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to have an hour consultation either in person or via phone/video call to get the planning and all the details out of the way. After that, I will send over a contract for review and sign. To book the date the contract needs to be signed and a retainer sent over to hold the date. I will walk you through every step of the process leading up to the date and afterwards.
