Her response time to my thumbtack search was lightning-quick, and she was more than willing to listen to all the details about the project that I wanted to do. Meeting up was easy, as she picked a convenient location for both of us. Mary Jane has a very friendly and bubbly personality that helps put you at ease regardless of whether you're a pro model or a 1st-time photo shoot "newbie." She is not some rookie photographer who just picked up photography as a hobby yesterday; she is an professional with tons of experience that will put you in a position to have great, natural & relaxed photos taken. Talking with Mary Jane is like interacting with a good friend from years past. Mary Jane is also so accommodating, she even drove me in her car to a different venue to continue taking more pictures. What an absolutely wonderful experience - I couldn't say enough positive things about Maryjane if I tried. She went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a time crunch to get some pictures taken - and provided me with quality and downright beautiful work. My 3 month old was a little uncooperative but even with that in mind, the pictures turned out beautifully! I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me.

Maryjane is one of the nicest people! She really has an eye for capturing the simplest of things and making them look like works of art. Her carefree spirit allows her to tap into the depths of her creativity and originality but also allows her to be very easy to work with. I hired her to capture shots for a dance piece I was producing and her photos came out beautiful! Definitely one to hire for your photographic needs!

I had the best time taking my professional pics with Maryjane! She is super talented, patient, passionate, dedicated, and creative. I usually get very nervous during photoshoots, but somehow she managed to make me feel calm an confident throughout the entire session. Her energy was definitely one of a kind and my pictures turned out completely amazing because of that. I'm looking forward to have House of Simatos taking more pictures for me in the near future!
