This guy for one carried all the supplies to our door, knew his stuff, real cool down to earth, and was one of the few on here that practiced multiple extermination methods. each used for a different purpose, and they havent been back! Would do business with again!

Jim was an excellent source of information, ideas and maintenance. I would recommend his company to anyone dealing with bedbugs. Also, the company services were reasonably priced. I can't think of way in which his company could have improved - very very reliable.

Jim was awesome! Very thorough and explained every detail of what he was doing and what maintenance we can do ourselves to help mitigate the problem. If we ever have another issue we will definitely bring him back!!
