- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a deposit or expect payment at time of booking. (*Please note: If job location is further than 20 miles travel an additional travel fee may apply.) (Gratuity is appreciated & optional day of event.) Thank you. Pls Note: In the event that you must cancel (to be honest, this rarely happens to me) it is set forth for clients as follows: a 2-week courtesy written notice/text with reason is required, it needs to be a 2-weeks from day of your special event date booked; for full refunds of the deposit portion that's required & made for booking reservation initially. Otherwise, less than 14 days of your special event date booked; 50% refundable. Less than 7 days, there are no refunds if canceled by client at that time. By sending a deposit to reserve my services, Client automatically accepts these terms here within. We appreciate your business & understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur therefore, *What we do also offer as a courtesy a "Raincheck" (a one-time free change date & time upon availability) we will work our best with all schedules involved in order to make this credit (as a raincheck) happen, if possible. Client is kindly requested to communicate with 2 different dates & times if possible to hopefully make this happen for scheduling purposes for all parties involved. If a deposit was held, it will roll over as a credit to new reservation & booking both parties confirm on. Thank you :)
