FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to each project and is determined by several key factors: Project complexity and scope of work. Time required for our professionals to complete the job to the highest standard. Materials and equipment needed to achieve optimal results. We’re happy to offer discounts to customers who: Book multiple services with us. Refer friends or neighbors to Golden Stain. This approach allows us to provide fair, transparent pricing while maintaining the level of quality and service our clients expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Golden Stain, we believe in creating a smooth, collaborative experience from the very start. Here’s how we typically work with new clients: 1. On-Site Estimate We begin with a scheduled on-site visit, where our team can carefully assess the space, take measurements, and fully understand the scope of your project. This allows us to provide an accurate and tailored estimate. 2. On-Site Consultation During the same visit, we conduct a consultation to share expert recommendations, understand your vision, and take note of your preferences, needs, and any special requests. 3. Personalized Estimate After the consultation, we’ll send you a detailed estimate via SMS and email for your review. 4. Approval & Down Payment Once you approve the estimate, we kindly require a 50% down payment to secure your project. This can be conveniently paid through Zelle, Venmo, or credit/debit card (note: a 4% transaction fee applies to card payments). 5. Project Scheduling As soon as your down payment is received, we’ll schedule your project at the earliest available date that works for you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey into this field started purely from passion. I’ve always had a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and the transformation that quality work can bring to a space. Over time, through hands-on exposure and real-world experience, that passion evolved into a profession. Being immersed in the job gave me the skills, insights, and drive to provide the best possible service—and I’ve been committed ever since to turning that passion into results our clients can truly see and feel.
