Absolutely stunning, quality, on-time work exactly at the quoted price. That's so rare of find nowadays, Blue Bird Painting is super friendly, professional, and very responsive to messages. He gives very detailed questions including logistic timelines which I LOVED! Everything went according to schedule and the workmanship is outstanding. They also made suggestions that would better fit our home and we ended up implementing them. The whole process was a very "soft sale", not a pushy experience which is another plus with Blue Bird Painting.

Wow...I am truly amazed by and thankful for the quality work that his crew did with our home. They painted pretty much all of the interior in just 3 days. In addition to providing a high quality painting service, they exemplified great customer service in so many ways (e.g., always being on time, answering all our questions, taking and providing input/feedback, being genuinely pleasant people to be around, etc.). I will forever be grateful for the work they put in and will definitely be going to them for all future exterior painting needs. Would highly recommend using them! Thank you!

I wanted a fence with a gate built. The transaction started off great with a conversation on the phone. We had a plan and a deal. Come day of job, he explained there been a need for an additional part due to he concrete which would invite additional cost that wasn't foreseen. I understood and valued the transparency and agreed. This job took 2 days to 'complete'. First red flag, when job was done, he didn't notify me, just drove off. I stepped out to see the latch was incorrectly screwed on. Took pictures and sent to him. He returned the following day to fix it. Again no notice. Helped himself unto the property by finessing the latch. A short while after(within 2 days) I realized the gate he installed for the fence significantly sagged. The latch no longer aligned with the catcher on the fence and the gate caught the ground. Till this day(almost 2 months later), I require effort to lift the gate before being able to swing it open. I made several attempts to reach him to fix the issue including calls and texts on and off this platform. I even recorded a video and sent over the link to describe the problem. Given the numerous attempts I made at contacting him, it's safe to assume the contractor is being intentional. Ironically this deal was made on an agreement of a discount for a good review, but this is only the truth of dealing with this business.
