Ari spent about an hour and a half showing me all the research and information on sealing the existing clay pipe versus installing a whole new firebox and stainless steel exhaust. I ended up going with the latter. I was getting mixed messages from three other the Chimney Repair Companies, and Ari explained to me why that was the case.

Eli replaced the non functioning motor in my electric/gas fireplace. He did a once over on the system to make sure it was working well. He even returned same day to adjust the mount with adhesive to ensure the vibration sound was remedied. I appreciate his help!!
