Training with Blenda Cooper has been one of the best decisions I ever made. Blenda rises far above other trainers I have had in the past. She goes the extra mile –it’s not just, “lift this/lift that for 15 or 20 reps,” she makes sure you are doing the exercise right, breathing in/out at the right time, holding the weights properly, keeping your form and most importantly, using your core. Blenda takes it to the limit, assessing your fitness level and how far she can push you (and she will). The methods Blenda uses are challenging and effective. Blenda’s knowledge in fitness and the extra steps she takes to individualize workouts makes for a good fit. Whether you are male/female, younger/older, if you want a personal trainer who will challenge you athletically, guide you with your nutrition needs, and keep you coming back for more, Blenda Cooper is the one for you. Remember though, it’s not magic – you will have to commit yourself to go along with Blenda’s system to make it work. You won’t be sorry though because the beneficial results you will see and feel are worth it – just ask me.

Blenda is a thoughtful and imaginative trainer. She listens and observes carefully and explains why her suggestions are appropriate in terms well suited to the person she's working with. I've seen her work with many others beside myself and each approach is unique. She has my highest recommendation.

Blenda Cooper is an amazing trainer and fitness educator! She is extremely knowledgeable and, with a firm yet compassionate hand, she creates an encouraging, challenging and empowering atmosphere where real work and results occur! The infectious motivation she inspires lasts between sessions! I HIGHLY recommend hiring Blenda Cooper; she is well worth it!

Blenda help set goals and made working out fun. She has taught me things that I still use in everyday life. Blenda looks at the whole. She has helped change my eating habits. I enjoyed working out with her and being in her presence. Looking to get fit and healthy Blenda is the way to go.
