I've been training with Presley Armstrong now for over a year and a half. Presley is an amazing trainer with many years of experience under his belt. Presley keeps you on your toes with new and challenging workout sessions so your body doesn't get used to a certain regime that will result in minimal outcomes. When I first started training with Presley, he determined my individual goals regarding the workouts and established a benchmark as to where my current level of fitness was. He set up a distinct training program that focused on every aspect of physical fitness including all muscles groups in the upper and lower body, cardio training, endurance, core, strength, balance, flexibility etc. He then rotates the workouts to ensure complete fitness, and variety. Presley’s passion and knowledge of all aspects of physical fitness is impressive and always evident. He is constantly encouraging, and at the same time challenging you through your exercise routine. His attention is entirely focused on his clients during the workout. He literally counts out each rep, ensuring that you’re positioning for each rep and exercise is exact in order to gain the most benefit and to ensure complete muscle utilization. I would urge anyone who wants a trainer who is passionate, extremely knowledgeable, and cares about his clients' physical fitness to talk to Presley. When I started my training with Presley I weighed in at 130.8 pounds and 38.6% body fat. I have lost 17 pounds and I am down to 11% body fat with a total loss of 24 inches. I have gained muscles, core stability and absolutely love my shapely arms. I would not have been able to start or continue this journey without the knowledge, support and encouragement that Presley has given me. Thank you for all your guidance and for helping me become a better me. I know I couldn't have done it without you. I am proud to say that at the age of 54 years old, I feel better than ever and also in the best shape of my life. Presley always makes workouts intense and fun! He combines the basics with some fresh ideas, which keeps me coming back. I also see results quickly because of the combinations of weights and high intensity interval training. If you want to maximize your athletic potential and meet your goals, Presley is your trainer!

I love working out with Presley. He's always upbeat and encouraging, never judgemental or intimidating. I've worked with several personal trainers at different gyms and none have ever been as knowledgable or fun. Presley definitley has a passion for fitness and takes the time and effort to teach me the most effective techniques to work towards my goals. I would certainly recommend him to any of my friends/family who need help with diet and exercise, strength training, sports specific training or just getting a fresh take on how to lift more effectivly at the gym.

I have worked with Presley for almost a year. He tailors and researches my workouts to fit my goals and works around any restrictions I have from injuries sustained when I was young. Presley is not my first trainer, but he will be my last. I love the positiveness and energy he brings to every session. He makes personal training personal.

Presley is a wonderful trainer! He builds each workout based on the results I am looking to achieve and pushes me to my limit every session. He is educated in exercise physiology and is extremely knowledgable in the human body as well as diet, which is extremely important. I would definitely recommend him for all aspects of training.
