They overcharged me by 100% for parts, double charged me their service fee, and NEVER finished the job. They kept stringing me along, for over 3 months, with delays and problems with their parts dealer. This part was on back order; this part arrived broken and would have to be re-sent; they missed something on this part when they initially fixed it and now you have to buy a new one. The excuses never ceased. I am currently in litigation with these guys. Just want to warn anyone out there who might be thinking about using their services. I recommend you find someone else to fix your fitness equipment.

If you get on the website and compare prices we are the cheapest in the world so the review above is absolutely malicious and a false review, Obviously a competitors review..We have been in business since 1999 and this is the first complaint ever We are honest and have exceptional customer relations if we weren't there would be more bad reviews. and there is not...Do some research and you will find we are the number 1 fitness service company in the USA. and you only get that for being a good honest company

These guys are COMPLETELY unprofessional--they actually YELLED at me on the phone. And on top of being rude--I didn't even get my treadmill fixed. Please DO NOT use this company. Trust us.

The person you are referring to is Rick Coleman. he no longer is with the company although he did steal the website and is causing chaos with buckmanservices.com is a stolen site someone pretending to be me..go to fitnesstechdenver for the real buckman services.. I hope to resolve this issue in court

I am encountering the same problems echoed by other 1 star reviewers. They charged me for a part and its been 6 weeks and still no part. They won't return calls. CROOKS AND THIEVES. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Same experience here. I ordered a part for a treadmill and it's been a month since I paid for it. I contacted them many times via emails and left a phone message. No response from them. I don't trust them. I have a claim with Paypal to get my money back. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time with this company.
