While trying to troubleshoot a gifted treadmill that I wasn't familiar with, I requested a repair quote. They quickly responded and helped me determine that the touch screen is going out, with no replacement available. I appreciate that the fitness guyz gave me free advice without requiring a service call to determine that there is no fix.

We hired Fitness Guyz because of there five star rating and now I now why. They have responsive and keep us completely informed. We hired them to install a basketball pole and backboard at our Granddaughters home out in Elizabeth. They not only keep my son-in-law informed of the time line, but also keep me in the loop. Treadmill belt was sliding and we were unable to fix it ourselves. Booked Fitness Guyz through Thumbtack, they sent Wil over a few days later and he was able to resolve the problem. They cleaned out the motor, lubed what needed to be lubed, cleaned the rollers which were incorrectly over-lubed and causing the slide, and advised us how to property lube the deck. Good info from them and really appreciated their efforts to fix this for us.

I usually have a $50 dollar trip charge and charge $75 and hour. This definitely can change depending on the job.

Ive been trained Healthstyles exercise equipment. They sent me to train with Matrix equipment in Madison, Wisconsin also have special training with Octane and Life Fitness. I have never not been able to finish a job.
