- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is low to mid range, and that's because we are a small company with little overhead. We like to provide comfort to our customers without breaking the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple. We treat every customer the same. We treat you with respect and we don't try to come into your home and sell you things you don't need. We want repeat customers so, you are our PRIORITY!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are N.A.T.E certified, EPA licensed.
