Our 16-year-old furnace died Jan 9, 2019. Cozy was in our house to give an estimate 2 hours after we called - and they're 45 min away. They were professional, friendly & knowledgeable -- and I asked a lot of questions! They were available to do the install the next day, but we took another couple of days to research our options, as a furnace is a big purchase. We could take the time because they loaned us 2 large portable heaters for free to keep our house warm & its water pipes from freezing. Cozy significantly underbid the other estimates we got for 2-stage high-efficiency furnaces & AC units, even though we got an American Standard, one of the highest-rated brands. They did quality work installing the new furnace & AC, and took care of our house: taking off their shoes, laying down drop cloths, etc. They went over how our new equipment worked and advised us on how to get free extended warranties. They have a 1 year warranty on their labor. My impression right after the install is that they do high-quality professional work for a very competitive price.

When the control board in the furnace at my mother’s house shorted out over a holiday weekend, it left the furnace without a blower to circulate the hot air into the house and temperatures started to drop. I contacted Cozy Comfort and they responded quickly, were punctual, and rapidly diagnosed the problem the following morning. The replacement of the part and rewiring of the universal control board took longer than expected due to access issues, but the techs still charged the originally quoted price. Mom is warm and dry again, averting a likely frozen plumbing disaster, and I will keep Cozy Comfort in mind when it’s time to replace this unit with a more efficient model down the road.

Julian and team were awesome. I replaced an old furnace and water heater. Before and after the appointment they were receptive to my needs and answered all my questions. The day of the appointment they showed up on time and the install was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again!

I am very pleased with your company. Jimmy was outstanding. He came out and found that a new blower motor was needed. Too late to get a motor, he let us use a couple of space heaters to get through the night. Came back the next day and installed the motor. The furnace is working like new. Thanks again Jimmy!
