Family owned business that provides residential house cleaning, furniture repair, furniture assembly, furniture refinishing and reupholstery.
The company was started by my mom and I. I am a software developer. I have a private pilot certificate and have light sport aircraft repairman certificate with maintenance rating (LSRM). My mom was a registered nurse for over 30 years.
We turned our hobbies into a business. Doing these things gives us some zen and we would love to help you on your next project is, whether it be just a clean house or fixing the scratches in your table. We enjoy technical and non technical tasks.
We believe in restoring things rather than trashing them. We believe in doing work the right way even if it costs more of our time.
If you are looking to just redo something that is already well made but does not suit your taste then we are not a good fit. If you are looking for an economical way to restore or repair something you own, then we can provide a free estimate for you.
We have a general liability policy.
For cleaning services we are only accepting move out cleanings.

Jody refurbished a book case that I inherited. I had a deadline which she accommodated and even 2 days earlier. Her attention to detail is impeccable. The layers of lacquer were removed and the wood painstakingly sanded. Her guidance with stain and level of color brought out the hidden gem in my piece. The walnut stain is warm and rich and the finish is incredibly smooth. I couldn’t be happier. Hats off to Jody!

I had a deep clean done on my condo that I have lived in for 8 years and the results beyond exceeded my expectations to say the least. It looked 10 times better than the cleaning done on my new home by another company and I am not easy to impress. stains from a deep fryer that I tried to get out were gone and that's not even half of what I was worried about. I won't hire anyone else in the future. Thank you so much, I wish I had before and after photos!!

The work is absolutely amazing. The oak nightstand was originally bleached and we removed the finish in preparation to put a rich oak stain and varnish to it. While we did the base, we never got to the drawers. This craftspeople not only corrected blemishes on the base but stained and sealed all three drawers and applied beeswax to the runners for smooth transition. The result is nothing less than incredible and way beyond what we expected!
We have already commissioned another project with the same stain and polyurethane. We can't wait to see the finish on the shelving.

Jodie was so helpful! She let me know what she was doing every step of the way and helped me understand what was going on. She was great about communicating. We ran into a few hiccups with my tabletop, but she did whatever it took to make sure I was happy with the final product, and she bent over backwards to get it to me quickly. I will definitely use this company again if ever in the market!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is economical. Our estimates will be considerably less than big time shops and operations. We focus on getting your items back to functional state, whether it a be a broken chair, a really bad stain on your table, or just a dirty house. If you want highly detailed custom work we suggest you go to a larger shop and spend the money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need photos, 1 or 2 will suffice. The photos give us an idea if we can even do the work. If so, then we schedule a brief, free, in person consultation. After that we will send you an estimate and if you if accept we will be begin working at a set date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started by flipping older, worn items from thrift stores. We sold nearly every piece we worked on. The customers would often comment on how amazing the furniture was and if we had any more for sale.
