Shawn is first of all a nice person. He is willing to tackle all kinds of repair needs, and takes in stride unexpected problems. We were needing our laundry room floor redone. When the old floor was removed, Shawn discovered that the drain from the washer was rotted and completely collapsed. He and his helper had to dig way down to get at the problem. They replaced the pipes and proceeded to fill in the area and put in a new concrete floor. Also a good painter, plumber and problem solver.
