- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First telephone contact, then in person, and then hopefully working with them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 6 year apprenticeship, with a master plumber, tile setter, actually total kitchen and bath remodels, not just a jack of all trades but a master of many, and I say that honestly and with a humble heart and it shows in all the work I do !
