I always make sure that my clients are happy before they leave my chair. I encourage them to tell me if there is anything they don't like and always offer change so they are never bored with their hair. Also, I always do a thorough consultation before every appointment regardless of how long I've been doing someone's hair to make sure we both are on the page. I love when my clients defer to my expertise and allow me to use my creative skills to give them the most suitable look for their face shape and lifestyle. I know that when my clients hair looks good they feel good.

Laura has been doing my hair for over 10 years! Laura does an amazing job of consulting before doing your hair to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want. She knows how to explain different processes and lets you know what canand cannot be done! Chicago definately misses this amazing stylist and I know she will roxk it no matter where Laura goes.

Laura has always provided thorough, professional service. She listens to me to make sure my needs are met. I am always very happy with the way my hair looks and feels after she colors and cuts it. Friends compliment me when I am with them. They say how natural the color looks. Laura seems to know what will work best.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in high end salons for over 9 years and have been an educator for a product manufacturer for over 5 years. I have trained several stylists after they graduated from beauty school and prepared them to work on their own in the salon. I am constantly taking classes to stay informed of the latest styles and techniques and always stay informed of industry news and trends.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at pictures of their work and make sure they provide a thorough consultation before beginning any work on your hair.
