10 stars. Wow. I’m was so impressed with Aleks. I’m so glad I found him. I needed a major repair to my GE washing machine. I thought it was a simple fix, but Aleks diagnosed it, and was able to get it fixed the same day. He went out to buy the part required for this major repair and spent several hours working on it to make sure it was fixed properly. The entire washer had to come apart, and he did it all. He was easy to communicate with, and replied to my Thumbtack request immediately. He was great about letting me know when he would arrive for the service. He said 10:20am, and showed up exactly on time. I am so impressed, and very grateful to have found him. I would give him 10 stars! He was fantastic, and this was not an easy repair. Plus, he was incredibly professional. I received an emailed invoice detailing the repair, the parts, and he included pictures and descriptions, which I thought was very thorough and professional. Ultimately my washing machine couldn’t be repaired, but communication was excellent and they sent me my money back immediately. I would call this company again for other repairs due to their professionalism, communication and honesty.

Aleks was great, was completely honest and transparent about service options. Recommend I do not go through with a $400 repair as the machine was know to have issues with reliability and would be better to go with a new unit. Really appreciate the honesty so I didn’t run into a situation where I spent $400 just to have another major issue a few months later, would highly recommend!
