I love it when a contractor gives you a quick estimate, up front, and a detailed breakdown of costs and time. While everyone else I sent my project to wanted to schedule a site visit (with a fee) before they'd commit to an quote, Jordan gave me all the information I needed to both choose him and realize that everyone else was going to be way more expensive. Jordan came and finished my project (a disconnected dryer exhaust vent inside the wall) and cleaned up after (a nice bonus). He was a fountain of useful information regarding related repairs and issues, and what to look out for. I've never had such a good experience with a handyman before, and will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future if anything else breaks!
