We contacted Fix Master to diagnose a motor rattle, leaking water dispenser and loose door gasket in our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. They sent Arut who quickly diagnosed the situation and made the repairs look easy. We also asked him to look at a Kitchen Aid gas stove burner we were having trouble with, he explained why it was not working and offered a solution. Again, expert advice and quick resolution. Well continue to request Arut for anny appliance repair. Hes great to work with.

I had Arut work on a five year old GE Profile washing machine that had developed a leak along the bottom. I had just replaced the door boot seal myself (diy) and ran into the same leak issue, after multiple youtube videos reviewed and tearing the unit apart multiple times to no avail, I called Fix Master, he showed up within 30 minutes of the initial call, diagnosed the issue (added a hose clamp) that was not required from factory and we are leak free. This guy is very professional, great communication skills and honest. I will have him tackle all my diy's that I mess up in the future.
