- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is subject to change after reviewing the project onsite. Customer must agree to proposal in writing prior to starting the project. Customer will be charged a mobilization fee to trouble shoot the problem in case more parts are needed to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically consult the customer via phone call and write them a proposal in writing. I talk through what is needed on the job, have customer order parts to the house as needed, schedule a time after parts arrive, I perform the install or troubleshoot the issue, I perform work. I charge the customer after the job is complete and ask for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a civil engineer and have been a construction project manager for 8 years. I grew up on a farm where we had to work on all kinds of projects and develop problem solving skills to get the job done.
