The initial job was trimming/edging down the basement stairs and the main basement areas; approximately 200 square feet. I needed the work completed as soon as possible since the carpet/flooring was being scheduled/completed (company we had wasn't available until three-five days after carpet/flooring schedule/install work to do trim/edge and they were the ones previously doing all the work there) and the tenants were becoming frustrated with how they had to live until this was all completed. Mark of Premier Home was the only company able to take the job after being contacted the day before. I was skeptical because I didn't know the person that referred Mark, Premier Home, why he could get to me so fast and no one else could, or what type of work he was able to perform in a home but after contacting a few that had no openings for days, weeks, and/or never calling back at all, I decided what's the most that could happen/go wrong so I took my chances. The job needless to say was amazing, it was greater and more than I imagined or expected it would be. I usually go to HomeAdvisor, people I've used before, etc and it was in the basement after all. I was so happy and pleased with Mark, Premier Home's work that I did the remaining other projects/work with them (drywall, paint, door trim) and wished I had knew/used them on all the earlier work. I could of kept using him there but the tenants had been inconvenienced long enough. I will use Mark, Premier Home at my own home location in Aurora & rental in the future and refer to family and friends as well.

Though Mark was approx 90 minutes past his appointment time, everything went well once he was here. If he wouldn't have been so late, I could have given him a 5 Star (excellent) score.

They helped us move by unloading our truck and going up 5 flights of stairs. More than we thought there would be. Did a great a job and were very careful will all the stuff. We are very happy with our experience.
