I'm a hands-on contractor who treats every job like it's my own house, doing landscaping, hardscape, handyman work, interior finish work, and general home projects, all done by me, not subbed out and forgotten about.

If you’re looking for a Denver remodeling contractor you can trust, Tate is the one. He did a fantastic job on our basement remodel and the adjacent bathroom. The space was originally a laundry room, and the bathroom remodeling and basement work turned it into something we’re really happy with.
What stood out most was that Tate did nearly all of the work himself, aside from a few specialty items. He showed up consistently and put in long days to keep the project moving, and we never had to wonder when he’d be back or where things stood. He kept us in the loop the whole way through, sharing ideas, talking through options, and checking in on decisions as they came up. The person doing the work was the same person we were talking to, and you can tell he takes pride in how it turns out.
Honestly, it was one of the better contractor experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for an independent remodeler in Denver who communicates well, shows up, and does quality work himself, I’d recommend Tate.
