If I could give them a 10 out of 10, I would!!!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with On Top Flooring. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. I had the flooring replaced throughout my entire 1,520-square-foot home, and Alan and his crew completed the project in just four days. Every expectation that was set regarding timing, communication, and quality was met exactly as promised. What truly set On Top Flooring apart was their commitment to customer service. Alan checked in daily, kept me informed of progress, and proactively communicated any potential issues before they became problems. Flooring projects can be incredibly disruptive, especially when you're moving furniture and temporarily losing access to parts of your home, but Alan and his team made the entire experience feel easy. They also went above and beyond the scope of their contract. While my dishwasher installation was not included in the agreement, the crew installed it anyway. When the dishwasher I purchased turned out not to fit, I exchanged it for another model, and they returned to install the replacement without hesitation. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers. I received several quotes before making my decision, and I am so grateful that I chose On Top Flooring. Alan and the team were great to work with for our flooring project in Arvada. They ripped out old laminate & carpet and 60 year old baseboards to install luxury vinyl plank and new modern baseboards, along with new stair treads. They were very flexible with requests as the work went along and left the house looking great, I'd definitely recommend working with them.
