During my complete condo remodel, working with Alan and his crew was the easiest part of the whole project. They were fast, responsive, fair and very helpful when I could not decide which LVP color I should go with. But what I valued the most was the follow-up after the work was done. I had a few questions or concerns after the floor was laid, and Alan was always accessible, always taking time to explain things to me and his crew went out of their way to do any adjustments I asked them for. Alan and his crew did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations with wood floor installation! The new floors look fantastic and totally match all other colors of floors! I couldn't be happier. They also fixed a whole in a blard in a different area, and it took me a minute to even find where it was. Very professional, high work ethics, show up every day, work efficiently, and even clean the area after they are done every day! It was one of the best crews I've had.
